A waste mound/poop pyramid is a buildup of solid waste and toilet paper in the RV black tank just below the RV toilet opening to the black tank.  Solid waste sticks to the bottom of the black tank along with layers of toilet paper, thus creating the building blocks of a waste mound/poop pyramid.  You can avoid the development of a waste mound/poop pyramid by making sure to use plenty of water in your RV black tank before use, and in between flushes!

In order for us to provide cleaning and/or clog service to your RV, your RV must be hooked up to electricity, water, and sewer.  If you are not on full hookups, many campgrounds and RV parks are willing to accommodate you for a fee, to temporarily occupy an RV site to allow for RV holding tank cleaning services!
